People in the office were portrayed as a "best friend". The interviews were personable and very laid back. I felt that I could be myself 100%. Great interviewing process. Unfortunately, that was not carried on once I got the job. The whole interview process did seem to be pretty dragged out. This could have been due to the fact that I initially was interviewing for a non sales role, and after hearing about my background, they offered me a higher base pay with a sales role. Then, I had to interview with the sales team management after I had met with the non sales role management. I met with a lot of people, it was hard to keep them all straight and understand their roles/functions.
