They reached out within a week of application, I went trough an initial screening interview and completed a second interview with an individual that had worked in the same position they were hiring for and the manager of the division. They asked pretty straight forward questions and I had spent time reviewing the company, culture and their goals. I asked when they wee intending on the position needing to start, and was told that they were interviewing for a growth position, and it would likely not make a decision for 1 to 2 months out. I really felt that the interview went well, and found out that the company was going to close one of their main travel RN divisions. Later that week I was notified that they had decided to not move forward with the position.
