Interviewer was late to the interview... Started out by explaining the Health System, transitioned to my qualifications. I felt the interview went well and It concluded by him asking if it would be easy for me to make it back for the second interview... Followed up with thank you letter, email, and several phone calls which were not returned. Finally had to send an email challenging his professionalism to get him to respond at all.
Pretty fast, from application to interviews to HR call everything done in less than a 3 weeks. Informed people, great HR follow up.
A reference will surely get you a positive on a chance of hearing back to start with.

Scheduled a telephone interview with their virtual assistant. Nobody ever called me on the set interview time, no communication from any recruiter, very disappointing as this is wasting peoples time.

After the phone interview, It was a very informal in person interview. We just talked about the position and what the work would entail. It was mainly a “get to know you” interview to see if we got along.
