I think it was a very straightforward interview. I Answered questions about my background and I asked them questions about the department. It was low stress and personable. The people were very down to earth.

Prepare specific stories from your clinical rotations (e.g., difficult IV starts, patient education, delegation).Understand their values (e.g., Compassion, Dignity, Justice) and tailor answers to align with them. Ask Smart Questions: Inquire about unit culture, mentorship, orientation length/content, and support for new grads.

Interviewed on 3 units, panel interview was conducted with questions about my experience and personality. I was also given a rundown on how things worked on the unit, what the unit saw on a daily basis, and what the unit was looking for in a nurse.
