I was contacted for a phone interview with HR 1 week after applying online, then the interview took place the week after I was contacted about it. The interviewer read off a list of general questions.

Describe a time you messed up and how you handled/corrected your mistake?
Presentation required, 3.5 hours, time to ask questions, clinical questions, situational questions, intro video. Comfortable interview. Not in person (zoom). Some tech issues but did not disrupt interview overwhelmingly. Interviewers were friendly and understanding
