Applied online then got an email asking me to take an IQ test. Couple weeks later I got a call asking me to fly in for an in person interview. They gave us a presentation on the benefits of working there and spent an hour giving us tips for the interview. The recruiters were very friendly and nice which was a stark contrast to my interviewer who was very unfriendly and stuck up. Did not make me want to work there.
