Applied online, got a call from hr rep. Had a telephone screening with her and had another telephone interview after that. Last interview was at Cibc building with hr person which was straight forward and asked the same kind of questions.

Really quick. There wasn’t a lot of questions and I was contacted each week. It was quite short and they really needed people. Most of the questions were basic and focused on customer service rather than balancing.

Just asked to do the assessment task and failed me. This has been happening with the CIBC since 2 years despite getting interviews from other banks. I don't know what could be the problem.
