There were 3 managers interview on me and felt a little bit stressful. They ask you a lot of behaviors questions instead of academic ones. Once I finished it, from the reaction I felt I get it.

Really quick. There wasn’t a lot of questions and I was contacted each week. It was quite short and they really needed people. Most of the questions were basic and focused on customer service rather than balancing.

Just asked to do the assessment task and failed me. This has been happening with the CIBC since 2 years despite getting interviews from other banks. I don't know what could be the problem.
