The interview process was easy. FSR is a fancy way of saying you’ll be answering a lot of calls. The interview was laid back. The manager seemed to just be going through the motions and unengaged.

Really quick. There wasn’t a lot of questions and I was contacted each week. It was quite short and they really needed people. Most of the questions were basic and focused on customer service rather than balancing.

Just asked to do the assessment task and failed me. This has been happening with the CIBC since 2 years despite getting interviews from other banks. I don't know what could be the problem.
