Was asked to come to location and asked boilerplate questions. Asked about customer service experience etc. Proceeded to talk about experience and financial services experience. Interviewer was very kind. Brought in team members to ensure was a good fit.

Process was good. I was treated well, and was asked the appropriate questions throughout the interview. They didn’t ask anything tricky. However, even though I answered everything well, and had more than enough education, they wanted someone with more experience even though it was an entry-level position.
