Phone call interview that lasted about 15 min, most of it spent checking if I was still interested in applying to CIBC and discussing salary expectations/working hours. Asked a couple of behavioural questions, told techincal questions would be reserved for the final interview if I was selected.

First round 15min with 2 junior team members, second round 30 min with 3 Directors, and last round 30 min with 2 senior team members. Basic IB and industry questions.
