Fair process. Three stage interview. Initial phone scan, followed by in-person interview with 6 people, followed by third interview with 4 people. The interview questions were mostly behavioural and situational. Everything was related to the job ad. Questions did include specific references to research programs in the third round. Be sure to research all their programs .
