A presentation has been asked to prepare for the interview beforehand discussing about the issues faced in the construction industry and how can CITB as a company overcome. Followed by this, competency questions were asked. After the interview, Presentation was asked to be sent via email immediately. The results were supposed to be announced in a week but even after chasing them down for three weeks after the interview no response related to the job from the company. Not sure if the job posting posted was actually a vacancy. This is a huge disappointment as a lot of work was put into the interview presentation.
