I had two rounds of interview. The first one was with the HR and department director. The first one was pertaining to my work experience and duties for the position. The second interview was with two more people from the department and the general manager of the company. The second interview was mostly on my personality, professional goals, company culture and my fit in there. In between the interviews and after the second one had to wait for a long time to hear back.
