I applied to the assistant manager position and within a week I was invited to schedule a phone interview. While talking to the recruiter I felt that she was not interested in pursuing me just by the way she was speaking. She sounded very uninterested. Despite her lack of interest in our interview, I still gave it my all and answered all of her questions with detail and much enthusiasm. I am proud of myself for that! I strongly feel that if I were interviewed by someone else, I would have definitely gotten an offer of employment. Nonetheless, I will take my talent and strong work ethic elsewhere.
