2 hour long interview process broken up into three formal interviews with different team members and an informal chat with entry-level employees over coffee. Sounds intimidating, but truly was not. All interviewers were very warm and welcoming, and it felt more like a friendly chat about who I was rather than a process to “weed people out.”
