Very straight forward, and to the point. Be sure to read the job description and speak to it relating your specific skill sets. Research the company, and some facts about the location that you are applying to. Bring them up casually during your interview. Ask an out of the box interesting question at the end of the interview. Look up the interviewers LinkedIn and find a commonality to discuss.
