I was contacted by a recruiter by phone and answered a few easy questions. Then she set up an interview for me. I was interviewed during the week by a panel of three employees at the same time. The interview was pretty extensive. It took a total of 2 hours for the interview. I was mainly asked about my work experience. Was contacted by recruiter to let me know that although they liked me, they chose someone with more experience.
