One phone and one in-person.. hiring mgr did not even interview me in-person. Questions were average in difficulty. One interviewee was very disengaged, I should have known then that there was something wrong. Very informal process overall.

I couldn't have asked for a better process. The recruiter out of Portland was so helpful and motivated to work with me. Communication was strong and personable. If the rest of the company is like the recruiter, even better!
