Had two phone screenings. My recruiter informed me that the interviewer was not pleased with my lack of emphasis on how I overcame challenging projects in my prior role and wanted one more phone screening before deciding whether I should arrive onsite for an interview. I received the interview calendar invite scheduled for 3 hours. Then I received notification that the interview was cancelled and they decided no to move forward. This was a complete and total waste of my precious time.
