So far just the phone screen. I found the recruiter to be very nice. Made the conversation go on with ease. No trick questions, just a get to know you type of screen (no how many marbles to fill the empire state building type questions). Recruiter told me I was being pushed forward, and the hiring manager would be in touch. A holiday is coming up in a week, so she was very careful to make sure I understood the hiring manager may not be able to call before and it might take a few extra days to get a call. So far I am impressed with CLEAResult!
I did not get the job YET, I am still in the process, but thought I would share!

Quick and easy, the process was streamlined, and communication was good. Heard back within 3 days and the recruiter worked well with management to quickly decide on an offer and start date

Be careful with this company. They organize rat races for candidates, including various tests, and finally require basically free consulting to resolve their internal problems.
This absolutely disgusting practice tells more than enough about those "professionals".

Multiple interviews that were with the recruiter, and three people from upper management. Interviews were on the phone and in-person. CLEAResult is very serious about hiring the right people not just bodies. Questions were related to job specific tasks. Some were listed in the posting and others where things you would have to know from industry experience. Offer was made by upper management. I recommend negotiating with the recruiter though.
