Onsite first interview (for which location was changed 24h prior), limited to presenting both sides and discussing salary and mobility expectations.
Presentation of several positions in line with my profile.
Then I was asked to refill the CV in their format and promised to have a quick feedback, which never came (officially, "still waiting for customers response" even months after the first interview).

They started by describing me the role and the responsibilities. Then moved on asking me questions about my CV and went through every section of it. They asked about studies, relative projects and short term career goals. The interviewer was very friendly and motivating.

Très agréable à l'entretien en revanche il faut se déplacer à Bale. Le salaire est bas mais cela peut être un vrai tremplin pour quelqu'un qui cherche une première expérience en Suisse,
