Initial screening call was like 40mins with lead dev, he asked me some C#/.NET questions for multithreading and few very unique ones, that I dont really remember, however the dude was very nice and it was very "dev to dev" chat. Following was decently hard take home, some API throttling including template solution and tests. Task was fairly cool as was not leedcode-style question. Technical round was pretty much just code review and follow up questions regarding my take home solution and ended with some abstract system design questions. The experience they were looking for was decently specific and I got live feedback almost to all parts of interview and did not passed because I made too many mistakes overall, however interview process was very cool, quite hard, but I learned from interviewer few things, so I appreciate that and transparent process trough out
