Gesprek met HR & manager verliep heel spontaan en informeel. Het is eerder een kennismaking dan een sollicitatie. Er wordt gepolst naar de achtergrond en waar de verwachtingen liggen. Ook wordt de desbetreffende vacature grondig toegelicht.

I had a great interview. It was a very thorough process, from HR to the managing interviewer. Asked good questions, relevant to shipping and personality. They made me feel comfortable

You will have an interview with the manager. Later they will ask you some questions regarding your knowledge in marine and marine goods. They also need a liable worker who they can trust.
Phone interview lead to in person interview. Recieved offer. Process took approx 1 month. Happy with process. Multiple phone interviews. Process took approx 1 month. Two in person interviews before offer.
