Applied through university portal. Initial Phone interview followed by second round on-site interview. Phone interview involved a few behavioral and one case study. Second round interview consisted of informational review and two case studies

Initial resume submission with invitation to interview. The interview was a case study based on the telecom industry, pretty straightforward. It was more conversational and the interviewer answered questions along the way.
