I applied via their website for a role in Pricing and Risk team. I was asked to attend an interview in their office in London City a few days later. I interviewed with the team leader (dev manager?) and technical architect, the former seemed unhappy to see me and suspicious for some reason from the first moment. I was obviously one of many candidates they had interviewed, the conversation was very succinct and intense with them always trying to prove to me I don't really understand the stuff I have been working with for a number of years, not exactly a pleasant experience. A few days later the HR sent me an email their feedback was positive and asked me to do a coding exercise. I sent them my solution, got a confirmation that it was received and never heard from them again.
