Interview was informal with a couple administrators. They were very personable and wanted to get to know me. I enjoyed the time we spent together and they were quick to get back to me with an offer.

Simple questions about my subject expertise and teaching style/routines. With the principal and a few other administrative staff. The interview was in the school admin room on a weekday afternoon.
The process is seamless once you get through the application portal. Sometimes the employer will need to interview you quickly, or in some cases there may be multiple rounds of interviews.
