First round with in-house recruiter for experienced position. No "tell me about a time when" q's. Overall a conversation about past experience and what the role entailed including the department's objectives.
I interviewed for two underwriting jobs with cna. The recruiter was based in Chicago and was generally responsive. I was told to let them know if I got any other offers which I thought was odd since ultimately that can only help the recruiter from looking bad for not knowing ahead of time, not me since it's not like I would suddenly get an offer.
