Initial screen with HR and Reporting Manager. Then group interview with 5 different people. I knew I was in trouble when one of the interviewees said: we've interviewed many different people and not found what we want. You are the last person we are going to interview. The fact that they had to engage an outside recruiter should have tipped me off. I was told by someone who had worked for the group that Senior management had been there too long and stuck in their ways.
