What a garbage place to interview. had an interview, went great, was told it would be a couple weeks before hearing back. 1.5 months later and nothikng, hr wont answer

There was a phone interview where the interviewer asked general questions. Upon completion she followed up with the next steps and advised that she would be forwarding a packet. The packet contained more specific questions regarding my background and requested examples. The document was completed within a couple of days. I believe I waited another two weeks and was offered an onsite interview. The facility was nice and the people seemed nice. I really had no complaints but I felt the interview lacked structure. Needless to say I didn't follow up and wasn't offered the position.
