Good interview with HR and Direct manager in their facilities good balance between technical and attitude.
Three different interview steps with different interview eros but overall very kind and emphatic.
After the interview you are distribuite an offer
I had an interview with a recruiter and never heard back again. I think the process was unprofessional. No communication back whatsoever. I think it depends on the recruiter but for recent position interview, it was a negative experience

Colloquio
Got an email to set up a phone screen with HR. Take the time from work to have the phone call and the person, if they were a person and not a robot I'm actually unsure, was reading me the application form that every job application (Including this one!) has you fill out about visa status and work eligibility. Then starts asking me to describe every work experience I have and what dates it was from. Asked why I want to leave my current role right after asking why I want to leave my current company. Literally just having me dictate my resume, that I already sent them, back to them again?
The lowest effort by a company I've ever experienced. I cut it short, they're not worth my time if they can't even be bothered to have my resume in front of them. The whole phone call could have been an application webpage.
