First was a phone interview with recruiting, then a phone interview witht he hiring manager, then a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager and three others in a panel to verify that I really knew what I had said that I did with regard to technical knowledge. Waited a few days and received an offer, started work 2 weeks later.
