Emailed initially through Craigslist, got email correspondence in return and then a phone call requesting me to come in for an interview. Welcoming environment upon arrival, came early and was taken in promptly. Sat down for an interview for about 15 minutes and then went to do a personality test interview asking questions pertaining to stealing, honesty, workplace ethics, etc. They also did background check.

The personality test on the computer wasn't difficult, it was just tedious, asking similar questions phrased differently to determine your personal take on workplace ethics.

Not much questions asked, felt very rushed. HR person talked very fast and acted like he did not want to even want top be interviewing. He had both hands on his face and elbows on the table when looking at my resume. Not welcoming at all.
