Inefficient, far too long, and involving too many people. It took two days, and multiple people conducted interviews, even though it didn't appear most of them had much, if any, input in the actual hiring.
Simple. It was for a specific program so I had a leg up and did not have a traditional interview process. This was also a ver long time ago so things may have changed since then.
