HR screening (15min): why cno? why you? what do you know about cno? and then spend a great of time talking about the company and the program. Followed by two 30 minutes interviews each with an actuarial assistant who also started their career with this internship program. It's the typically behavioral question and some technical skill and experience on my resume. Overall not too difficult as they're trying to know you as a person and if you a good fit for the company.
