Their interview process was transparent from what they've told me:

- 1 x Technical
- 1 x Panel Interview
First, interview was with Lead Talent Acquisition Partner, which asked the first set of questions I've mentioned, she was distracted and was busy from what I've observed.
The technical interview was with Hiring Manager of 40|86, a subsidiary company of CNO Financial where the actual position was.
He was a fine man, after introduction, he delve straight into the questions in the second set of questions.
Then a 2-week hiring freeze came in, got a feedback that hiring manager gave a positive review and we consider you as a candidate.
I tried to get back to them after the two weeks, but they GHOSTED me. A company of such credibility and standing can also do such a thing, disgusts me.
