It was a panel interview and it was done with three members. There was two pages of different questions. Each person took turns asking the questions, and I had ample enough time to answer each one. I felt it was not a hard process.

I applied on line and was asked to go back and complete the pre-screen questions then a telephone Interview, Panel Interview, Background Check takes about 3 weeks. I understand it takes 5-7 days to get a background check - call your references and give them a heads up.
