There was no introduction at the start of the interview, the interviewers came in and began speaking without any context or formal greeting, which felt abrupt. One of them, presumably the team head, took a dominant tone and delivered unsolicited lectures throughout the session, which made the environment feel one-sided and unwelcoming. Another interviewer, questioned my ability to cope simply because I had taken a short career break, which came across as judgmental rather than constructive.

The first round of interview was an online interview for about 20 minutes which including some basic behaviour quesitons. The interviewers are friendly and are willing to answer your questions.
