Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto più di una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso CONTENTSERV (Poona) nel mese di nov 2019

Pathetic process.first they tell you there will be f2f interview then they give you papers with 4-5 lengthy questions (for jst tp). i solved most of them and one guy came and asked for solving couple of more prblms.again solved it.then took f2f.cleared that as well.finaly techno-mngr.that guy was asked me abt my np(was 3 mnths) & ctc and after that he asked some nonsense qstns abt n/w and servers and finished interview.great!! Hr told they looking for more technical person.
After solving 5 technical prblms & 2 tech interview how can mgr decided i am not technical sound.if you cant afford someone then tell them upfrnt.no need to wast anyone's time.
Advice: please don't go for interview here by any chance.

Colloquio
Their is a written programming test with simple questions of string and reverse a number,etc. They generally conducts a mass drive in the name of scheduled interview. No feedback is provided after written exam. Actually the concept of writing Java programs with pen and paper is actually wrong. But if they are doing that than they should provide a proper feedback after the test.
First round was 4 program and 3 subjective questions, ptogramme are very easy , I solved all accurately but still they said u r not consider for next round suggestion :- don't waste our time to go to this type of "farji" company , wasting if our time
