F2F interview with the President, Ryan Caugherty. About 20 - 30 min long, great convo, liked sports, talked family and goals and mainly about me. Got a call back for a 2nd round interview, never had done one before so thought it was a good idea to "see it to believe it" sort of thing. Wen out with one of the guys (Trent) and got to see sales done. Thought they were pretty simple and pretty non aggressive. That was my biggest concern but that was answered by observing.
