I interviewed at the kensington branch. There were around 15 of us. The Manangers and staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were split into groups and given basic tasks like putting together an outfit for a celebrity such as kate winslet. We then had one to one interviews which were held out in the open in front of the other candidates. All in all a very friendly interview process.
the interview was relatively short and informal - you were invited to attend a face to face interview at the store with the manager. they asked about past experience and situational questions.

We went through a group interview were we were asked to carry out different store-relateds tasks, from visual display to customer adivse. The whole process made sense and was quite entertaining.
