Il colloquio è strutturato in diverse fasi ma può variare in base alle esigenze dell'azienda. Generalmente si tratta di un colloquio di gruppo in cui è prevista una parte di presentazione e una piu pratica/applicativa. Alla fine di questo primo colloquio vengono selezionate le figure ritenute piu idonee che sosterranno un secondo colloquio con lo store manager di negozio.

We went through a group interview were we were asked to carry out different store-relateds tasks, from visual display to customer adivse. The whole process made sense and was quite entertaining.
