The interview process was well-organized and efficient. Communication was clear throughout, and they provided feedback after each stage very quickly.
Here’s a overview of the process:
Screening Call, Role-Specific Interview, Case Study Presentation, In-Person Interviews with the Founders separately, two additional calls: One to share detailed feedback from the full hiring team, including a final concern they wanted me to explore further. Another to discuss the offer and clarify expectations on both sides.

I attended five meetings. After a basic screening I had a fairly easy technical interview where I had to develop a small REST API and discuss further evolutions of a possible infrastructure. After that I had a personality screening, then another slightly weirder personality screening, then a meetup with some employees.
This process lasted FORTY-ONE DAYS, just for me to receive an offer through email that didn't match the job posting and implied I would have to move to Germany after 6 months (despite their posting saying they'd prefer employees from my country).
The offer didn't explicitly state a salary increase after moving to Germany, which has a much higher cost of living than where I live, and my concerns about that were addressed with a vague response with no actual numbers, just "a bit higher".
After I declined the offer in the most polite way possible (despite the terrible offer), they didn't even take the time to say "cool, bye" after wasting so much of my time

Had an initial interview with their CTO (Thiago). I am not sure if he was not in a good mood or what. But it was a pretty confusing experience. He just asked for information about me and waited long for responses. Didn't tell almost anything about the company and what they do, how work is organized there. Just said 'Ask me what you want to know about us?'. Means he didn't contribute to this conversation at all. This kind of conversation I treat as disrespectful. And even didn't even think about continuing the interview process with the company.
