Interview was two stages, firstly an initial interview with one of the directors to assess suitability for the role. Secondly, another interview with other directors and the head of HR. The second interview involved also involved a small presentation. The team that interviewed were very welcoming, friendly and gave the impression they would be good to work with.

There was a three stage interview. One with the Director, followed by the Partner and lastly the HR partner. All in all the process was smooth and comfortable. They really made an effort for it to be not like your typical.interview, rather it was a conversation between two people
