Asked about past experience. Not terribly difficult questions. Did not seem terribly interested in my answers. The process was very painless and after working there, it appears that they just hire everyone. If you want to work there, simply apply and you will get a position. It is probably that simple. CPH has it's highs and lows, but all around it's another paper mill.
