The interviewers seemed uninterested from the start. When answering questions, I was either interrupted constantly or snickered at by one interviewer. In the middle of the interview one of the interviewers said I had no personality, but that they did not hate me because they would have ended it from the start if that was the case. I understand that my personality may not fit with some companies and that is okay, but to tell someone they did not have a personality whatsoever seemed unprofessional. If someone’s personality does not fit with what you’re looking for then you can say that instead, be constructive not disruptive.
