I applied online, received a call after about 30 days, from their office in Alberta. Scheduled me for a personal interview in Winnipeg office. There were two people who just asked me 5 outlined questions from a questionnaire, no conversation happened. After answering the 5 questions, I was asked to do excel and math test. The other person went out the room and the other person stayed in the room with me to watch me (while doing something in her iPad). The test is timed, as far as I remember, you have 30mins to finish the tests. After the test, the other person went back to the room and said they will get back to me. I asked if they'd show me the scores of tell me how I did on the tests but the guy (with hesitation), said, "No".
