3 Stage interview the process: 1st Initial Screen phone call 2nd Teams Call with Regional Director 3rd In person Final interview at Bristol Site Wrapped up with an offer made over the phone with a start date not too long after.

The interview process was largely informal as I have come from a recruitment background, we went for an informal lunch then a formal interview with members of the board but the whole time it is relaxed. Recruitment requires an understanding of the interview process and the ability to engage with individuals at all levels of seniority especially when they throw curve balls. I am not saying don't prepare but I would say don't tick to a script.
