Very unorganized. Both parties scheduled to interview were unavailable. I had to wait 30 min for them to find someone to interview me instead. I was finally interviewed by someone in a completely different department.

Colloquio
I had 2 interviews - 1 with recruiter and 1 with the manager. There was 1 practical test in the end. The process took 1 month, onboarding started before I joined. It was overall a smooth process and I had a positive experience. All interviewers seemed positive and genuine.
