1st round - Verbal and Quantiative round
This was more like IELTS test - Writing, Reading and Listening skills tested.
Also, a technical test was conducted where financial concepts were tested.
2nd round - Essay round with financial markets topic
2 hours were allocated to research online and create a 1000 word essay on a topic.
3rd round - Interview with Hiring managers
Here, asked about my previous work experience
4th round - HR Interview
